I’m telling you that you don’t need resolutions because most people just make them up because society tells us that’s what we should do. If you have a really spectacular New Year’s Resolution that’s great! If not, don’t feel like you need to make one up just to fit in with the rest of the planet.

Picking a Word Of The Year is an excellent way to do this.
