Senior Architect with over 11 years of International and Domestic experience in Architectural Design, Client Management, Sustainability consulting, knowledge expertise in strategic Sustainable Design methodologies, process assessment, vendor management , material selection and application of technologies to the business, and Project Management. I am a multi-disciplined professional, with my strength being able to offer consultancy on sustainability issues and produce design proposals of a strong conceptual nature, following through to a very high level of technical detail and literacy. As an Architect, specializing in Sustainable Design, my strengths include strategic and project based Ecologically Sustainable Design (ESD) advice to a range of projects within the Building Design and Construction industry. Undertaking briefs with a Sustainability commitment, I foster organizations to develop informed strategic positions on what sustainability means for their business and how value can be maximized and communicated in developing a considered response. My experience includes Residential Commercial, and Institutional projects, with a good understanding of the relevant building regulations, coordination and delivery of Projects. Other strengths are my abilities to present a project graphically, in various model forms and liaising with clients and consultants. Important areas of design and research for me are sustainability, emerging technology, and coexistence with the natural environment. I have a passionate interest in the way buildings are put together, and how details play a key role in the success of a design. I work towards a design that responds to our times, and precision in response to the particularities of each individual project, coupled with inventiveness.
