This week´s most noteworthy news undoubtedly is that of the Google Panda 4.0, which is primarily intended to weed out sites with poor to bad content. Matt Cutts tweeted about it some days ago and as you would expect, the news was all over the place. The interesting bit about the Panda 4.0 is that it “apparently” took some big sites lower on the SERPs while improving some smaller sites rankings.
I think that it is just fair considering that there are many small sites with great content and good quality, and in a lot of cases they were no where to be found.
