The Walking Dead on Steam. Scribblenauts Unlimited on Steam. I highly recommend this fun for all ages kinda game. It is like mad libs come to life. You wander around what is basically a 2D open world mad libbing people's issues. Issues like I need something to scare away crows.... well just spawn a zombie or a scarecrow, or an angry hunter, or a gun to do it yourself! There's a lot of unintentional yet intentional fun here. Spawning a zombie to solve one puzzle might chase away other NPCs. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition on Steam. Sleeping Dogs on Steam. Saints Row 2 on Steam. Mirror's Edge™ on Steam. The game is fast first person platformer. A fresh new adaptation of true and tried platforming. Rather than moving slowly and timing the jump from the edge. Speed is what counts here. You need to be moving at a constant speed to kick open doors, catch a drop wire etc. etc. Every thing is setup for constant nonstop movement.

The level designs are so perfect; once you get hang of controls there is no need to stop. The game takes you through roof tops, A/C vents, malls, office walk ways and lots of other varied setups. A critical thing to understand here is that the start-up period of the game is ROUGH. Once you become used to the controls, the game really becomes captivating. You can replay levels to try different paths, to try to get a better speed, and simply to have fun. This game has been agony and ecstasy for me, and when I beat it I felt exhilarated. Alan Wake on Steam. Steam reports that I have only three hours in this game. Well, Steam and I are going to have to disagree on that. I own the physical collector's edition for the Xbox. I've beaten the game twice. I've bought multiple copies for friends.

Alan Wake was the reason I purchased an Xbox 360 in the first place, and when it hit on PC, I bought the Digital Collector's Edition on Day one. I've sunk a lot of time into the game, and thought about it for a great deal more. I love this game. If you try to play it like the average person plays a shooter, you might not have a lot of fun. At its core, Alan Wake is a strategic action game. The story's great, by the way. Visually and aurally, it's a stunning experience. Alan Wake is great. Seriously, buy it. Assassin's Creed 2 Deluxe Edition on Steam. Assassin's Creed II. Dead Space 3. Primarily set on the frozen planet of Tau Volantis, the game follows protagonists Isaac Clarke and John Carver as they attempt to end the Necromorph threat.[2][4] Dead Space 3 received favorable reviews from most game critics; reviewers praised the game's rewarding action gameplay, although harsh criticism was directed at the focus on action over horror, as well as a weak and unfocused story compare to previous games.

Gameplay[edit] Dead Space 3 puts returning protagonist Isaac Clarke and new co-op character Sgt. John Carver against the Necromorphs, human corpses reanimated by the signal of an alien artifact known as the Marker. The Resource Integration Gear (RIG) suit returns, using holographic displays projected from the players' suit and weapons to display health and ammo count, respectively. In vacuum areas, a timer will appear on the player's right shoulder, indicating how much oxygen that character has left before they suffocate. Co-operative mode[edit] Plot[edit] Awakened[edit] Dead Space 2. Gameplay[edit] Isaac Clarke (left), wearing the game's Advanced RIG suit, fights off a swarm of Necromorphs.

Early in the game, Isaac acquires the stasis module, which slows down enemies and otherwise-impassable moving obstacles (e.g. active heavy machinery) to allow Isaac to pass through safely; and the kinesis module, which allows Isaac to carry and fire objects telekinetically. The player can upgrade their weapons and armor at work benches, using power nodes. There are also automated stores, where the player can buy and sell various items, and gain new weapons and suits through acquiring schematics found throughout the Sprawl.[9] Much like in the first game, Isaac must fight the Necromorphs, organisms that mutate and take control of human corpses. Dead Space 2's main campaign offers five difficulty levels (listed in order of difficulty): Casual, Normal, Survivalist, Zealot and Hard Core.

Multiplayer[edit] Plot[edit] Severed[edit] Development[edit] Marketing and release[edit] Reception[edit] Crysis 3. Gameplay[edit] Similar to other games in the series, Crysis 3 is a multi-platform futuristic video game set in New York City with realistic rendering of NYC and manipulation of special abilities. Players can choose a gameplay style based on direct confrontation, or a more discreet and stealthy approach in order to deal with enemies. Hacking is one of the new features which can be used to hack security codes, weapon boxes, ceph technology, mines, lasers and even sentry turrets (can be used to kill enemies and ceph). Another new feature is the ceph's own weapons can now be used to kill enemies, including cephs. Synopsis[edit] Setting[edit] Players take on the role of Prophet as he returns to New York in 2047, 24 years after the events of Crysis 2.

Plot[edit] 24 years after the events of Crysis 2, Prophet's personality and memories stored in Nanosuit assimilates with Alcatraz's body along with Alcatraz's memories, replacing Alcatraz's consciousness 'like a spare part' in the process. Crysis 2. Gameplay[edit] Crysis 2 is a first-person shooter. The player assumes the role of a Force Recon Marine called Alcatraz. Similar to its predecessor, it provides freedom to customize weaponry and abilities. Crytek wanted to avoid making another game set in a true jungle environment (as were Far Cry and Crysis); New York City has been dubbed an "urban jungle". The urban atmosphere offers new options with relation to progressing and planning attacks.

Players are able to navigate between floors and buildings, as well as a destroyed cityscape. Campaign[edit] The player assumes the control of a Force Recon Marine named "Alcatraz", who gains ownership of the Nanosuit 2.0 from Army Delta Force officer Laurence "Prophet" Barnes, who returns from the original Crysis.

The new Nanosuit supports new and upgraded features. PC Gamer magazine published a preview of Crysis 2, showing a park and a destroyed city street with an alien device in the center. Multiplayer[edit] Synopsis[edit] Plot[edit] Crysis. The game is based in a future where a massive ancient space alien-constructed structure has been discovered buried inside a mountain on an island in the fictional Lingshan Islands, near the coast of the East Philippines.[5] The single-player campaign has the player assume the role of U.S. Army Delta Force soldier Jake Dunn, referred to in-game by his callsign, Nomad. Nomad is armed with various futuristic weapons and equipment, most notably a "Nanosuit" which was inspired by a real-life military concept.[6] In Crysis, the player fights both North Korean and extraterrestrial enemies in various environments on and around the island.

Gameplay[edit] As with Crytek's previous game Far Cry, Crysis is a first-person shooter game with many ways to meet objectives.[7] The player controls a Delta Force soldier codenamed Nomad. The player's weapons can be customized without pausing the flow of time, for example changing firing modes, changing scopes or adding sound suppressors. Weapons[edit]
