Kids on the Slope. Kids on the Slope (坂道のアポロン, Sakamichi no Apollon? , lit. "Apollo on the Slope") is a Japanese manga series by Yuki Kodama. An anime television series adaptation of the same name aired in 2012.[1] It is directed by Shinichirō Watanabe at MAPPA and Tezuka Productions with music provided by acclaimed composer Yoko Kanno, reuniting the two who previously worked together on Macross Plus and Cowboy Bebop.[2] The anime has been licensed in North America by Sentai Filmworks.[3] Plot[edit] The beginning of summer, 1966; because of his father's job situation, freshman high school student Kaoru Nishimi moves by himself from Yokosuka to Sasebo in Kyushu to live with relatives. Until then, Kaoru was an honor roll student who tended to keep to himself, but meeting notorious "bad boy" Sentaro Kawabuchi starts to change him. Through his devil-may-care classmate, Kaoru learns how much fun it is to play jazz and finds the first person he can call a real friend.

Is a Japanese anime television series that was produced by Production I.G, directed by Naoyoshi Shiotani and written by Gen Urobuchi. The series was aired on Fuji TV's Noitamina programming block between October 2012 and March 2013. The story takes place in an authoritarian future dystopia, where omnipresent public sensors continuously scan the Psycho-Pass of every citizen in range.

The sensors measure mental state, personality, and the probability that the citizen will commit crimes, alerting authorities when someone exceeds accepted norms. To enforce order, the officers of the Public Safety Bureau carry hand weapons called Dominators. The story follows Akane Tsunemori, Shinya Kogami, and other members of Unit One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division, and the crimes they investigate using Dominators.

Psycho-Pass originated from Production I.G.' The series was licensed by Funimation in North America. Plot[edit] Shingeki No Kyojin. Blood Lad. Steins;Gate. A manga adaptation of the story illustrated by Sarachi Yomi began serialization in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Alive magazine on September 26, 2009. A second manga series illustrated by Kenji Mizuta began serialization in Mag Garden's Monthly Comic Blade on December 28, 2009. An anime adaptation by White Fox aired in Japan between April 6, 2011 and September 14, 2011 and has been licensed in North America by Funimation Entertainment. An animated film premiered in Japanese theaters on April 20, 2013.[10][11] A fan disc of the game titled Steins;Gate: Hiyoku Renri no Darling was released on June 16, 2011. "Advancing Giants") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. The series began serialization in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine on September 9, 2009, and has been collected into 13 tankōbon volumes as of April 9, 2014. It is set in a world where humanity lives inside cities surrounded by enormous walls due to the Titans, gigantic humanoid creatures who devour humans seemingly without reason. The story centers on Eren Yeager, his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackerman, and their friend Armin Arlert, whose lives are changed forever after the appearance of a Colossus Titan brings about the destruction of their home town and the death of Eren's mother.

Vowing revenge and to reclaim the world from the Titans, Eren, Mikasa and Armin enlist in the Military and join the Survey Corps—an elite group of soldiers who fight Titans outside the walls. 舞台は、神聖ブリタニア帝国の植民地とされ、呼称が「日本」から「エリア11」に、「日本人」から「イレヴン」と変わった近未来の日本となっている[注 1]。 メインの主人公であるルルーシュは、母の復讐と妹の未来のため、いかなる手段を使っても帝国への反逆を遂行する(アンチヒーロー)。 ロボットアクション以外にも、政治ドラマや学園物の要素を取り込んでいるのが特徴だが、それらの要素はあくまでエンターテイメントとして取り入れているだけとしており、ジャンルはピカレスクロマンと定義している[2]。 主な放送沿革[編集] 当初は『土6』枠で放送する構想だったが、諸事情により断念している[3]。 PR特番として2006年9月29日深夜以降に、土田晃之を司会に迎えて『コードギアス 緊急ナビニュース』(TBS系列)を放送(DVD第1巻に一部が収録される)。 第1期は2006年10月から2007年3月まで全10局体制で放送され、23話で一旦終了。 2007年9月以降は山陰放送(BSS)・長崎放送(NBC)を除くTBS系列局16局およびTBS系列BS放送局であるBS-iでも放送。 2007年12月に開催されたニューヨーク・アニメ・フェスティバルにおいて、2008年春からカートゥーンネットワークのアダルトスイム枠で放送されることが明らかにされた[4]。 続編『コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュR2』は2008年1月に正式に放送予定などが発表された。
