I’ve tried to capture those key elements that in my experience make the meeting a success. No surprises – how to preach to the choir The first element that I can’t emphasize enough is, “No surprises”. There is nothing that can derail your agenda faster than having a project sponsor or stakeholder start asking questions because some element of the meeting or project doesn’t fit within their expectations.
