Now for a quick tutorial on how i made this beauty! Take a simple chain {make one or buy one!} Cut a piece of fabric 4.5″ by 13″. about any type of fabric will do. place the chain in the middle of the fabric and fold in half {fabric will measure approx. 2.25″ by 13″ now} Share and Enjoy.
