Fine dining at the luxurious hotel Bel-Air Luxury hotel Bel-Air part of the Dorchester Collection underwent a major transformation in 2011, which Adelto reported on. For the refurbishment and redesign the hotel group appointed two internationally renowned design teams Alexandra Champalimaud and Rockwell Group. Rockwell Group redesigned the dining venues and new additions to offer expanded dining opportunities that enhance both the indoor and outdoor elements of the property. The signature restaurant, Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air, features modern California cuisine with European and Mediterranean influences. A spacious indoor/outdoor patio overlooks the garden and lush grounds, and multiple glass wine cellars separate the main and private dining rooms. Guests can enjoy tea and cocktails in the lobby lounge, while the luxury Californian hotel bar has maintained its cozy lounge feeling and a separate terrace bar has been added. Restaurant review: Moreno at Baglioni, London. Restaurant review: Moreno at Baglioni, London The restaurant scene in London is awash with well-known overseas chefs. And now, the two Michelin-star pedigree, Moreno Cedroni has brought his Italian charm to the five-star luxury hotel in Kensington. The Italian chef opened his London restaurant last month, bringing an avant-garde spirit to Italian cuisine, Cedroni’s style incorporates contemporary techniques combining traditional and modern Italian food with an emphasis on raw fish – or susci as they call it in Italy. The posh restaurant is located in the Baglioni Hotel’s current Brunello restaurant. The elegant restaurant has a very chic interior, sumptuous fringed seats and use of rich colours give the place a grown-up look – and the bar and uber-luxe lobby seamlessly amalgamate into one.

Mykonos is one of the most cosmopolitan islands in Greece, known for its diverse and intense nightlife as evidenced by a vast number of bars and nightclubs, but also known for its beaches. The design concept is that of a traditional Greek tavern with a twist in design of traditional Greek elements from the island of Mykonos and of Greece in general. Underneath the canopy an endless topography of cool screed cement terraces flows progressively down from the restaurant to the sand, passing through the bar and lounging areas.

A wood ceiling of Douglas Fir brings inside to out and provides a rich, warm feeling throughout the restaurant. The roof extends to engage an adjacent outdoor dining terrace and garden.
