Baked broccoli burgers — the tolerant vegan. I eat vegetables every single day. It’s important, you know? Especially after the dinner I had earlier this week, I need all the vegetables I can get. I have to say that lately for some reason I have fallen IN LOVE with Nirvana coconut water - but the trick is to buy the version in the tall glass bottle. All in Good Fun. Sidenote, I have tried Naked before and liked it. The coconut water brands I did include: ONE, ONE Splash, ZICO plastic bottle, ZICO TetraPak, Amy and Brian, Vita CoCo, Taste Nirvana and Exotic Superfoods. The Method.

I usually either marinate the tempeh for a few hours or cook it in broth, for a more flavorful result.

In a deep medium pan, add 3/4 cup of cubed Tempeh(4 oz), 1/2 cup water, 2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 Tablespoon orange juice( I used freshly squeezed Satsuma juice), 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon raw sugar. In another medium pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil and heat on medium heat. Add the following 1+ Tablespoon soy sauce/tamari 1/2 teaspoon sherry(optional) Sprouts rice. My husband hates sprouts. So i have to work on ways to make him eat them. Sprouts are rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins and fibers.
