One of the likely reasons for this fear is that their ancestors committed this misdeed themselves.Between the Saxon Advent and the Battle of Hastings, half a millennium passed, and the nation of England was born. Angelcynn was the brainchild of Lucius Aelius "Stilo" and Heraklia Aelius, founded in 2002. It seeks to understand both how the Anglo-Saxons overcame the Britons of Romano-Britannia, and how the Vikings then, in turn, fought the Anglo-Saxons.
