FINDING NEMO 3D Trailer Arrives Online. Beauty and the Beast 3D is set for release this weekend, and now Disney has released a trailer for Finding Nemo 3D. Andrew Stanton and Lee Unkrich directed the film that stars Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres, Alexander Gould, Willem Dafoe, and Brad Garrett. It has been ages since I have watched this film, and I am not too interested in seeing this in 3D.
Check out the trailer below and share your thoughts: Here is a description: Life along the Great Barrier Reef is full of dangers when you are a tiny clown fish. And for Marlin, a single parent determined to protect his only son Nemo, there are constant fears and anxieties. The only benefit of the re-releases is that new generations are exposed to some of Disney's earlier films on the big screen, the way they were meant to be seen.
Brad Bird Says 'Incredibles' Sequel will Come When He Discovers the Right Story (Exclusive) Brad Bird, director of the upcoming Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, told Movies.com that there’s a good reason that there hasn’t been a sequel to The Incredibles, the one film among Pixar’s canon that seems most ripe for a follow-up: he hasn’t been working on one. “To say that I’ve had trouble [coming up with a story] is to say that [a sequel] has been my pursuit,” Bird said in a recent interview interview in Los Angeles, Calif. “I haven’t really been pursuing that.” Suffice it to say that there are plenty of films that fans demand sequels for which their makers aren’t interested in sequelizing.
But Bird said that he is indeed interested in making a follow-up, as long as he’s able to author it himself rather than turning it over even to Pixar’s almost impossibly talented Brain Trust of filmmakers. “I think the reason it hasn’t [happened] yet is because the studio would like me to do it, if there were another Incredibles,” he explained.
Tom Hanks Says Pixar is Working On TOY STORY 4. One of the most critically praised and highest grossing trilogies might not be a trilogy after all. That is, if Tom Hanks, voice of Woody in the Toy Story franchise, is to be believed. Hanks was doing international press for his upcoming film Larry Crowne when he sat down for an interview with the BBC’s Breakfast News (via Bleeding Cool) and spilled the beans. When asked if there would be a Toy Story 4, Hanks responded: “I think there will be yeah. Yeah, yeah. I think they’re working on it now. There you go.” Hit the jump for my thoughts on news of a fourth installment in the Toy Story franchise.
There are two immediate gut reactions to the news. What do you think readers? The History of Pixar Animation Studios. Pixar Short. Incredibles Blu-ray Bonus Shows Making the Movie Not Always Fun. Pixar likes to portray itself much in the same way as the old Walt Disney-led Disney animation studio: one big happy family. In the new, and quite frankly, utterly great Blu-ray edition of The Incredibles which hit stores Tuesday, that’s certainly on display.
The bonus feature Studio Stories: Gary’s Birthday visually shows how humorously the company dealt with too many staff birthday parties that were sucking up too much valuable time. Paths to Pixar shows story artists talking abouttheir work, giving advice to aspiring drawers, and how they got to Pixar. There’s the Easter eggs that show artists mugging for the camera and animators run amok with animatics and renderings. The roundtable discussion gets into it almost immediately with a story of how a high-level, but unnamed and no-longer-at-the-studio, exec (let the guessing begin) was against the project, didn’t think it should be animated, and was lecturing Bird on what was and wasn’t possible with animation.
Cars 2. [Dossier] Planning des sorties Disney et Pixar ! | FOCUS ON ANIMATION.
