Knoword is a quick thinking game that helps boost vocabulary, spelling, speed of thought, as well as increasing analytical, observational and typing skills. When you begin, you will be greeted with a single letter. Underneath will be a dictionary definition to a word, which will begin with the letter in the box. Fill in the rest of the word and be rewarded with points and extra time. The object of the game is to complete as many words as possible. All the definitions are randomly generated and if at any time you get stuck, you can simply click “skip” to receive a new word.
Curvy is a HTML5 puzzle game using the canvas element. Just rotate the tiles so that like colors connect. Modernizr tells me you don't have canvas support in your browser.

Summary: You can download audiobooks for iPod from the iTunes Music Store and other sources, but what about audiobooks you already have on CD ? If you simply import the CDs, iTunes will treat the tracks as “songs” and you won’t get the audiobook features. I’ve seen plenty of instructions to convert MP3 files to audiobooks, but little about converting CDs.

Better still if your sport does involve bicycles my fixed wheel gear calculator does some very similar calculations in a manner that is more comprehensive because it does take your bicycle gearing and cadence into account but is obviously more complex as a result. If you can't run windows applications, and/or your sport doesn't involve bicycles so the additional functionality of GearCalc and PowerCalc isn't of interest to you use these for free. The Riding Part- A lot of people ask us, "What do I have to do to get in shape for this thing?" There is no other way to train for a long-distance bike ride than to ride long distances. You can't really prepare for RAGBRAI by riding a stationary bike or by walking or running, although these activities will contribute to a higher level of fitness. You need to come as close as you can to simulating the ride, which means riding hills, riding against the wind, riding long miles day after day.

I just lower the bike close to ground, it kinda works, but it's not portable and it's a little wobbly and not stable when you are cranking the wheels.
