Have you ever astral projected. Effet tapis volant.

How To Astral Project....Easily. Techniques de transe. Bonsoir!

Evolution of consciousness: Astral projection tips. For anyone that is new to this subject it refers to your spirit leaving the body for a short time (while still connected via the silver chord) to experience the astral plane, in other words the other densities that are above the 3rd which is the physical and we the one we occupy most of the time while on earth. Many things can be achieved through astral projection and it really is not that hard all you need is the drive and the willpower to do it.

If you just say to yourself, well if it happens it happens you will not get anywhere you will only get frustrated and will probably just give up and say it's not real or something else along those lines "only gifted people can do it". I have heard those stupid lies so many times and it's a shame that people seem to fall for it. If you REALLY want to do it then with time and practice you most certainly will. Firstly here is a list of the benefits of astral projection. Practicing it will skyrocket your intuition and psychic abilities.

Remaining Conscious During the Sleep Cycle. Remaining Conscious During the Sleep Cycle March 7, 2004 By the contemplative recluse monk Sotapanna Jhanananda (Jeffrey S, Brooks) (copyright 2004 all rights reserved) I was recently asked to articulate a method or practice by which one could achieve consciousness during the sleep cycle, a skill I developed during my spiritual journey.

I can of course teach the skill of not losing consciousness during sleep. Remaining conscious during the sleep cycle is really a product of a regular meditation practice. Developing the necessary skills to support remaining conscious during the sleep cycle can take years, and really should be entered into with the intention of it being a lifelong practice. The next level of skill development is to practice meditation while lying down. Lying down meditation is nothing other than engaging in a meditation practice while lying down. The position for lying down is somewhat important. May you become enlightened in this very lifetime, Jhanananda (Jeffrey S. Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams. How to WILD Properly and Effectively. Of course, one of the main challenges with WILD is the line between "a thread of consciousness" and "fully awake and aware. " This is what makes WILD difficult. Everyone has to find their way, that one trick that will allow them to retain that little thread of awareness whilst still being able to fall asleep.

Once you learn how to do that, WILD becomes relatively easy. Mind you, I'm not there yet. I've had about 5-6 WILD's or so, including three times as many failed attempts (i.e. either fell asleep or stayed awake too much). Most of the successful ones for me have been accidental. This is why people tend to try so many different -ILD's that try to assist with the WILD process. Aware-O-Meter: []--------|||||||||||-------------------------------- ---------------------- --[] The left end is "not aware enough" (fall asleep normally) and the right end is "too aware" (insomnia). Counting keeps me awake too much, since I tend to synchronize it with my breathing. Lucid dreaming WILD tech. questions! To some of you, the idea of astral travel, (astral projection, OBE) may seem completely insane. It did to me once too. But I decided to try it anyway, and had amazing results. Astral travel has been practised throughout history - and there have been thousands of documented scientific experiements confirming that astral travel is real.

People seek therapy because they 'wake up paralyzed and rigid' (sleep paralysis, a close component of astral travel) 'Wake up and see strange beings around them' (entities found in the astral plane) 'Find themselves floating or vibrating violently, or engulfed in a bright light' (sensations felt as the astral body leaves the physical body) Some people have even gone so far as to say their astral experiences are alien encounters.
