Chronicle – A Transformative Multi-Media Assessment Tool for Teachers. Recently released in the educational market is a new iPad app, Chronicle, designed to enable teachers to easily implement best practice methodologies in the classroom. Chronicle uses all the features of the iOS platform to help teachers efficiently capture valuable student data and use it to inform instruction and chronicle student growth. Why Chronicle? There are a lot of apps out in the market that help teachers to organize their notes. There’s nothing so special about that. There are also apps in the market that allow users to take pictures, audio, and video. Big deal. Absent from the market, however, is a comprehensive app that combines all of these features designed specifically for the life of an educator – an educator who fully understands the dynamic nature of a classroom and the pressing needs of their students, as well as the demands placed on them by parents and administrators.

Det har kommit en del nya appar… flödet är stort och ibland kan det vara svårt att se skogen för alla träd, men jag har försökt välja ut mina 100 favoritappar; både gamla och nya som jag tror på (just idag, imorgon kan det ha kommit något ännu bättre;) Det är svårt att kategorisera apparna eftersom de ofta passar i fler än en kategori, jag har ändå valt att bara ta med dem i en kategori; så för säkerhets skull-titta igenom alla kategorier även om du inte hade tänkt det. Det kan gömma sig en godbit där du minst anar det. Hoppas du hittar appar som du inte sett eller appar som du laddat ner men glömt av.

En bra avslutning på temat om Astrid Lindgren blev texten om Lisabet som skrev på tapeten. Eleverna i årskurs 1-2 B fick se en bild där Madicken och Lisabet tömmer sina spargrisar. Enligt Linn så skrev Lisabet på tapeten vad hon tänkte göra med pengarna. Elevernas uppgift blev att skriva på applikationen Paper 53 vad Lisabet skrev. Eleverna skrev sin text på Paper 53 så som om de vore Lisabet. Visst såg texten ut som om ett barn skulle ha skrivit på en vit tapet!
