Not only are these tarts impressively beautiful, they’re something of a Cinderella dessert: despite all their frills and puffs, at their hearts they’ve got the honest flavor of down-home apple pie, all cinnamon and sugar and sweet homey reminiscence. Ingredients 1/2 recipe pie dough/pâte brisée1 cup apple butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon 6-8 medium rosy-skinned gala apples juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 cup sugar pinch salt powdered sugar for dusting Directions Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cheesecakes, my other passion in life, I love cheesecakes because they can be made in so many different ways : they work with many different types of dairy: cream cheese of course, but also fromage frais, mascarpone and even ricotta. You can put any fruit in it and even vegetables (as in my butternutsquash cheesecake). They can be cooked or not, and I even discovered they can be steamed! This recipe uses a graham cracker crust, for gosh sakes, and I still made a mess off it. I think chocolate and pumpkin are an under-appreciated combination that we should utilize more often. Do note that if you only have a standard 9-inch pie pan instead of the 9 1/2-inch deep pan called for in this recipe, you will have enough batter leftover for a mini pie.

Il gelato che ho preparato l’ altro giorno è un gelato al cioccolato bianco, con noci macadamia dal sapore delicato ed una colata di caramello salato che trova su questo gelato il suo posto ideale!

Pour commencer, je vous propose une panna cotta, pas trop prise comme je les aime. J’y ai ajouté quelques fraises. Des gariguettes qui m’ont agréablement surprise par leur parfum déjà puissant ! Panna cotta au chocolat blanc, basilic & fraises Pour 4 à 6 verrines selon la taille : - 30 cl de lait - 20 cl de crème liquide entière - 180 gr de chocolat blanc pâtissier - Une trentaine de belles feuilles de basilic - ¾ c à c d’agar agar* - 300 gr de fraises - 30 gr de sucre * L’agar agar se trouve en magasin Bio. For lidt tid siden lavede vi soya ristede mandler, som bare smagte vildt godt! Mange kender mandlerne fra Johan Bülow eller summerbird, som er dyppet i chokolade og derefter rullet i lakridspulver. Vi ville prøve at lave noget ala dem. Først blev mandlerne ristet i ovnen, hvor de allerede her også sagtens kan fungere som en snack der smager en del forskelligt fra 'friske' mandler.
Nogle af de ristede mandler blev vendt i hvid chokolade og andre blev vendt i mælke chokolade. Ingredienser: 200 gram mandler 80 gram hvid chokolade 80 gram mørk/mælkechokolade 2 spsk kakao 3 1/2 tsk lakridspulver (vi brugte den fra Johan Bülow) Læg alle mandlerne op på en bradepande og bag dem i ovnen ved 200 grader. . - Christine og Laura Læs mere »
