L’association chocolat blanc et basilic est juste parfaite à mon goût ! Testée l’année dernière en crème, j’avais eu un coup de cœur et m’étais promis de décliner ce mariage sous plein de formes. Pour commencer, je vous propose une panna cotta, pas trop prise comme je les aime. J’y ai ajouté quelques fraises. Des gariguettes qui m’ont agréablement surprise par leur parfum déjà puissant ! Panna cotta au chocolat blanc, basilic & fraises Pour 4 à 6 verrines selon la taille : - 30 cl de lait - 20 cl de crème liquide entière - 180 gr de chocolat blanc pâtissier - Une trentaine de belles feuilles de basilic - ¾ c à c d’agar agar* - 300 gr de fraises - 30 gr de sucre * L’agar agar se trouve en magasin Bio.
