He’s not a professional chef, just someone who loves good food and has figured out that it’s not all that difficult to make. Mark has some famous chef friends, among them, Jean-Georges Vongerichten who owns a number of top restaurants around the world. When Mark was at one of them recently, Spice Market, he ordered fried rice and realized it was the best fried rice he had ever tasted. Mark talked to Jean-Georges and found out how it was done.
