These Photos Are Actually Pencil Perfect Drawings. At just 22 years old, Italian artist Diego Fazo has developed the skill to create photo-realistic drawings using a simple charcoal pencil. His latest creation, pictured below, has drawn hundreds of positive comments on his Deviant Art profile. Don’t tell me you can tell the image below is a drawing and not a high-definition photograph, because I don’t buy it. In fact people were so skeptical this incredible piece of art was drawn by hand that young Diego Fazo had to put up some photos of the work in progress just to lay doubts to rest. And looking at his-mind-blowing masterpiece, can you really blame people for questioning it’s hand-drawn?

Like other talented artists who started their careers on Deviant Art, Diego is a self-taught pencil master whose technique matured with the passing of the years. Scroll down for more of his awesome drawings, and check out his Deviant Art profile, as well. Reddit Stumble. Ethereal Macro Photos of Snowflakes in the Moments Before They Disappear. Russian photographer Andrew Osokin is a master of winter macro photography.

His photo collection is chock full of gorgeous super-close-up photographs of insects, flowers, snow, and frost. Among his most impressive shots are photographs of individual snowflakes that have fallen upon the ground and are in the process of melting away. The shots are so detailed and so perfectly framed that you might suspect them of being computer-generated fabrications.

They’re not though. The images were all captured using a Nikon D80 or Nikon D90 DSLR and a 60mm or 90mm macro lens. You can enjoy many more of Osokin’s impressive photographs (16 pages worth, at the moment) over on his LensArt.ru website. The monster highway from hell that doesn't actually exist - move over with your mouse to see the reality - original photo by Philip Greenspun After being sent this image of a monster highway in an email, I became rather obsessed with finding out where on earth this could be and devoted quite some time to searching for any hints about where the widest highways in the world were, but to no avail! Every time I thought I might be onto it, satellite imagery would show the reputed “widest” were rarely even close to this behemoth. Examining the photo closely, I noticed some strange discrepancies that began to make me suspect that it might have been manipulated – there are a couple of groups of vehicles that seem to be repeated, in the distance there are two green highway signs which felt like they might be clones, and something about it felt a little fake, like it was just too good (or maybe that’s bad) to be true.

Eerily empty Highway 401, Toronto (and no, not as a result of manipulation!) 20 Best Websites for Downloading High Quality PSD Graphics. 34.4K Flares Twitter 120 Facebook 34 Google+ 52 StumbleUpon 34.2K Pin It Share 0 1 34.4K Flares × Are you going to launch a new website? Air Clicker - Camera Concept by Yeon Su Kim. Two Finger Camera! Doing it the Apple way, Air Camera strips away all the unnecessary aspects to a digital camera design. It leaves us with a Bluetooth enabled camera lens and a motion-sensor shutter button mounted on two rubber bands. Precious moments are captured with a simple click gesture and the images get transferred to your synced smartphone immediately.

This is how it works: if you want to click pictures, wear the camera band on your thumb and the shutter button on your forefinger and gesture to click a pic. To take videos, simply curve your fingers to mimic a video camera grip and shoot. The tension from the finger movement triggers the shutter button to operate. I think it’s a clever and fun concept!
