QR Code and 2D Code Generator | Kerem Erkan. This page is an online two dimensional code generator which is written in PHP. It can generate QR Code, Data Matrix, Aztec Code and Micro QR Code for the time being. Because QR Code is much more popular than the other code formats, it is separately named in the page title. If you need more information on two dimensional bar code systems, I strongly suggest that you take a look at Roger Smolski‘s comprehensive blog on QR Code and two dimensional bar codes. Using the form on this page, you can create two dimensional code images that trigger various actions on the scanner device.

Don’t forget to install Qrafter or Qrafter Pro (why two versions?) Please be sure to read the Notes and FAQ sections below before requesting help in the comments if you encounter any problems with code generation (Especially for Micro QR Codes or backslash characters you may encounter on some codes!). This page is very popular and because of that, it gets an incredible amount of comment spam. Notes: Web Animation Infographics: A Map of the Best Animation Libraries for JavaScript and CSS3 plus Performance Tips. Today we have decided to showcase a 'map' of the current state of web animation by compiling highly regarded libraries, frameworks and plugins based on their versatility and performance.

Infographic 1: The Map of Web Animation The infographic is divided into three sections, the first part is a selection of a few of the most comprehensive animation libraries which offer up all the tools one could ever wish for from easing functions and callbacks to timing control, not to mention the generic animation functions we have come to expect. We have segregated libraries which use CSS3 transition to animate elements from libraries which call on JavaScript instead. We have also selected libraries geared towards animations for SVG, WebGL or HTML5 Canvas. Infographic 2: List of Tools The second section is dedicated to the various methods for animating UI elements and any others objects in the DOM like scroll animation, parallax, sprites, 3D transformations, physics engines, and transitions.

Adobe's new online tool lets you convert PSDs to CSS code. Adobe has debuted a beta web-based tool that lets you convert PSDs into CSS code. At first glance it appears to be more of a fun experiment than a serious tool – as it replicates the Generator tool added to Photoshop CC last September – but it's also more evidence of how Adobe is thinking about moving more of its Creative Cloud toolset into the actual cloud. You can see Project Parfait in action in Adobe's video above, or try it yourself at projectparfait.adobe.com (though it requires you to be using Chrome). On the Project Parfait site, you can upload PSDs – even large ones – and access (though not edit) all of the elements and layers. As with Generator, this isn't a tool that 'converts' PSDs into websites, but more of a way to smooth the process turning mockups into anything from interactive prototypes to full sites.

For each element – including text – you can see how it would be rendered in CSS, and copy either the entire code or separate elements. Meaningful Transitions // Home. Motion Ui Design Principles — Beyond Kinetic. This blog is a quick look at some simple Ui motion design principles. There isn’t too much documented about this area of mobile ui design and I thought there would be some value in expressing my views. From what is documented already I urge anyone interested in ui motion to check out Pasquale D’Silva and Johannes Tonollo’s meaningful transitions Also make sure you bookmark and (A special thank you to Capptivate.co who allowed me to use their captures below). These basic principles I’ve outlined focus more on the what and why, rather than the how to of motion / animation. With the increasing emphasis on motion (largely thanks to the more paired back design of iOS 7) its important that it is implemented with the same integrity and purpose as all the other aspects of Ui design.
