When an account is created as an individual (personal) account, it is assumed that the Account Holder is the Primary Contact; therefore the following instructions do not apply to individual type accounts. For organization (business) accounts, the Account Holder assigns the Primary Contact as the legal representative, with full authority to act on behalf of the Account Holder to manage the account: Only Account Holders and Primary Contacts can edit or replace a Primary Contact.
