I tried to check as many posts as possible about it and decided that the oldest one might be the inventor, or may be not, who knows and does it matter? Truffles Raw Almonds – 1 cup Pitted Dates – 1 cup Cacao Powder – 1/4 cup Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp Vanilla Powder – 1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt – 1/4 tsp Directions: 1) Blend almonds into a fine, powder-like consistency, then add everything else and blend together. 2) Remove from blender and form into truffle shapes you like with your hands 3) Keep truffles in the freezer, remove for 10 minutes before serving Strawberry Cream.
