Stuffed Fabric Turtles. We were shopping around, down in Florida, after we went to the zoo several weeks ago (yes, in Jacksonville…..some of you asked)……..and we stopped by a Pottery Barn Kids store.
I’m a window shopper. Well, and an inspiration-seeker shopper. I love walking around and daring myself to find something I want to make. Ha. Princess Pea Blanket. 1 Honey Bun - featured Spring Magic by April Cornell Layer Cake Squares or scraps for Applique' 1/2 yard of coordinating fabric for blanket front 1 3/4 yards of coordinating fabric for backing.
Giraffe/elephant. Now for the Giraffe.
(A continuation of yesterday’s post.) I guess it doesn’t take a lot more explaining but here’s another cuddly little friend for you all. Cut out your giraffe, the same way you cut out your elephant. But now, you’ll need to make sure and add your ribbon to the neck, as well as the tail. Then pin right sides together, with lots of pins. Whale. Alien. This is the final post for an Alien themed party.
Today I'll show you how I made these aliens. I made them for party favors, and my boys seriously LOVE theirs. I couldn't leave out Miss B. HERE is the downloadable template. Again, not exact, but it works!
