Bonnie's Blog of Crime. Debbie Sue Carter This is a true case of injustice and sloppy police work. Had the police followed up on all of the evidence and paid attention to all statements given, 2 men, Ron Williamson and Dennis Fritz, would not have spent 12 years in prison for a horrendous rape and murder that they did not commit. Unfortunately, I have not found much online about the victim, Debbie Sue Carter.

Most of the attention has been given to the innocent men who were convicted.
