Whole Wheat Blueberry Scones
Black Raspberry Oat Scones Black Raspberry Oat Scones You may or may not know this, but I’ve had a food blog for five years. While I can’t remember what my first blog looked liked or really what motivated me to start blogging, I clicked publish on a recipe for the first time five years ago tomorrow. If you look back in my archives, you might be a bit confused because the first post is actually from 2009 but in reality, I have post that are sitting in draft status from 2007. For one reason or another I didn’t feel them up to par with this space but I keep them there as a reminder. I often kick myself for not sticking with it fully but I think it took this amount of time to develop myself and my taste. I was what one would call a half-ass blogger for the first 3-4 years.

Everyone has bananas that are just past eating at some point right? I think I say that every time I post some kind of banana bread, but it’s true. We eat a ton of bananas in our house, quite literally. At the store I always think I better get one extra bunch to throw in the freezer at the end of the week for smoothies and somehow we still only end up with one or two extra. I don’t know how it happens. It might be the two monkeys we have for kids, haha. Vegan Double Chocolate Coconut Banana Bread | Food Doodles Vegan Double Chocolate Coconut Banana Bread | Food Doodles
A Sneak Peek at Janice’s Trip to California for Driscoll’s University and a Recipe for Blueberry Banana Oat Bread | Meal Makeover Moms' Kitchen A Sneak Peek at Janice’s Trip to California for Driscoll’s University and a Recipe for Blueberry Banana Oat Bread | Meal Makeover Moms' Kitchen Last week I jetted off to Watsonville, California for Driscoll’s University. If you haven’t heard of the University, let me explain: Every few months, Driscoll’s —producers of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries — invites small groups of customers, chefs, dietitians, and farmers to their ranch for a two-day experience where they get to see firsthand how the berries are grown. I was one of the lucky dietitians this May and learned a ton about berry nutrition, berry breeding and research, and berry harvesting.
So my birthday was 2 weeks ago. I’m a foodie dork and celebrated by making myself cinnamon rolls. But not just any cinnamon rolls. Funfetti cinnamon rolls. Funfetti Cinnamon Rolls Funfetti Cinnamon Rolls
SophiaSofei SophiaSofei I love making Banana Loaf cuz it’s so easy to make!!! I love this recipe from the Fresh Loaf website. You can put any additional ingredients in it and it will turn out great!
Blueberry Lemon Cornmeal Cake Blueberry Lemon Cornmeal Cake Spring has arrived! There's more variety of fruit available at the markets this week. I’m patiently waiting just a bit to let the season unfold with more ripened specimens. But I’ve got blueberries on my table once again and they are really juicy and delicious.
With Mother’s Day coming up in a few days I wanted to share a recipe that would be perfect for your brunch table on Sunday. I found this recipe on Pinterest and like all things from that crazily-addicting website, it was all based on looks – specifically the evenly spaced blueberries and beautiful yellow color in the photo. Sweet Pea’s Kitchen did a fantastic job making this bread look amazing, so I pinned it, printed the recipe, and pulled it out of my oven not too long after. Turns out Pinterest is good for a lot more than just wasting time – this bread was delicious! Okay, maybe it’s more “cake” than bread, but with all the lemon and blueberries, you could probably convince yourself that it’s an appropriate dish to eat before noon, especially in celebration of Mom! Sometimes I get nervous baking loaves because they can get dried out easily, but this recipe yielded an insanely moist cake with great lemon flavor thanks to the lemon syrup bath after the cake is baked. oh, ladycakes: Raw banana nut bread I’ve been making a lot of raw food lately. Partly because it’s easier on my digestive system, but mostly because my oven has decided to heat up to 500˚F any time it’s switched to BAKE. Which poses a problem when you’re a baker. And when you live on the top floor of a brick warehouse, with 20 foot ceilings. This place gets so hot I could probably instruct a bikram class in here. You know, if I was into torturing myself more than I do already. oh, ladycakes: Raw banana nut bread
Easy Popover Recipe May 10 Whether savory or sweet, light and fluffy popovers are an impressive addition to any meal. Guests will think you spent hours in the kitchen, when in reality, this easy popover recipe only takes five minutes of prep time and 30 minutes to bake! If you're like me, you may have assumed that beautiful popovers were impossible without a special popover pan, but you can easily achieve similar results with a standard muffin pan. A popover pan will certainly produce taller, narrower popovers; however, those baked in a muffin tin will still rise beautifully and remain light and airy.
Weekend Recipe: Sweet Potato Bread | For Me, For You I whipped up some sweet potato bread out of boredom last night that was super easy and crazy delicious. If you’ve never had it before, it’s a lot like pumpkin bread, but I found this to possibly be even better. I thought it would make a great weekend recipe – perfect for a snack or breakfast with an egg on top. I have some chai jelly I got at the food swap that is heavenly on top. Sweet potatoes are probably my favorite vegetable on this earth and we eat them like there’s no tomorrow.
hello luvs, so glad you guys enjoyed our post and video about us using the equalizer. seriously loving it. we are so happy with this new addition to our home workouts. we know the price can be an issue for some people (we were the same way, we debated for months) but then we realized we have this for life!! what is Michelle smiling about?? we have been increasing our intensity of our workouts, with some days doing a mini second workout. therefore, we have been increasing our protein. well our calories in general. as we gain more muscle our appetite goes through the roof. we eat every 2-4 hours. we try to aim for 3 hours but does not always happen. individual sugar free chocolate protein muffin recipe

>Chocolate Chip Hot Cross Buns Only one more week until Easter! Last Easter, I was absolutely obsessed, OBSESSED, with hot cross buns. Not the traditional kind, however, with all the dried fruit and candied peel and all those gross things. The chocolate chip kind of hot cross buns. It started thanks to the local bakery chain in the mall where I work.
Please scroll down for English. Integralni kolač s jabukama i brusnicama / Whole Wheat Apple Cranberry Bread
