I have found a few four-leaf clovers in my day and upon doing so smiled. They are said to bring good luck. This wreath is made using clippings from two shrubs in our front yard. If you live in the Mid-Atlantic states February is the month that you should be trimming your rose bushes and other shrubs.

Not all shrubs though. This is what I made with those clippings... It is said that St. Do you believe in luck? If you would like to make a four-leaf clover for your door or anywhere else in your home for that matter this is what you will need: 1. All of the items listed below can be found in the floral section of your local craft store. 2. Using the 12 gauge, copper colored, aluminum floral wire create your shape being sure to coil and wrap tightly in the center so each part stays attached and doesn't separate once you start attaching the greenery. Back to the wreath. Plan the direction that the bundles will flow to make sure that the taped ends are always hidden. Point of View: Green. Welcome to this month’s Point of View Reveal and Link Party. The theme is “green”. You may notice we have Michelle and Camilla missing this month. They needed to leave the Point of View, but I hope we will still be able to see their awesome projects linked up here from time to time.

We’ll have some exciting news about the Point of View coming soon. You can check out all the Point of View Projects by visiting each of the blogs listed here. What do you think of when you think of green? I decided painted bottles would be prefect to display from now through Easter. I used 5 different colors of green. Hold the bottle upside down to drain out the excess. There was still a lot of paint in each bottle so I let them sit upside down over night. Once they were completely drained I used a wet paper towel and cleaned around the rim. I love all the shades of green and it makes me long for Spring even more now. Aren’t they gorgeous? Since St. And, of course, I had to add some flowers. Landee See, Landee Do: St. Patrick's Day Mantel. Lucky Banner {Free Printable} As promised, here is another St. Patrick's Day printable.

I don't have much decor for this holiday so I have to make up for it in printables. Here is a fun LUCKY banner that is as simple as print, cut, and hang! I made the felt shamrock's from Paper & Ink's tutorial found here and turned it into garland (since I have no girls to make a cute shamrock barrette for). Simply click the download button above to download all of the papers. Cut out each banner, punch a hole in the top corners, thread string through, hang and enjoy! St. Patrick's Day Shelf. I am interrupting the ballerina birthday party posts with some fun pictures of my St. Patrick’s Day Shelf / Mantel. I filled different sized glass jars with mini origami paper stars in the colors of the rainbow. At first I thought that it was going to take forever to make all those stars but was really surprised with how fast it went. I cut up 12×12 sheets of colored cardstock into strips about 3/4 in x 12 in.

All of the tutorials online say to use light weight paper but I actually found that regular cardstock was easier to shape into the star. A little luck is what you will find at the end of the rainbow. My youngest likes to dump all the stars out and make star “soup”. Linking to: Fabric Lucky Clover Specimen Art. I’ve shared that I’m not so good with paper crafts. Especially ones that I have to cut out myself. For some reason anything I cut out of paper ends up looking like I’ve got a severe vision impairment paired with palsy of the hands. Not pretty. While I’m fully aware of my inadequacies, I still have been dying to make some Specimen Artwork. So what is a paper craft-impaired girl to do when she wants to make Specimen Art? Here’s my St.

Isn’t it so cute?? Here’s a tutorial in case you are paper craft-impaired too! You’ll need: 1 Frame – I used a 12 x 12 Shadowbox Fabric for background – about 14 x 14 Fabric for Shamrocks – you don’t need much) Contrasting Thread 12 x 12 piece of batting 12 x 12 piece of posterboard or chipboard Start by cutting out your background fabric. Decide how many rows of shamrocks (or whatever design you’re doing) you would like. Now cut out your shamrock pieces. (This fabric is from Amy Butler’s line.)

Lay out the two end rows next, lining them up the same way.
