The Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management will be analyzing the substantive comments received, revising the draft environmental impact statement, and publishing a final environmental impact statement, which will include a Response to Comment report. A Notice of Availability for the Proposed Land Use Plan Amendment and Environmental Impact Statement is expected to be published in the Federal Register in the fall of 2014.
