When I was a child I always wanted to experience the holidays just as they were depicted on the television, with famous characters such as Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, Frosty The Snow Man, and Santa Claus himself it quickly became apparent to me it wouldn't occur, but I held on to the Christmas spirit with all my heart using these classic songs I've shared here.
Like most young children still do today, believing in Santa Claus takes imagination, which many parents must play such a role in keeping his non-existence secret. Hopefully parents haven't ruined the sacred tale by telling their kids the truth yet. Even after my mom had told me he didn't exist when I was a kid, I still believed in him & even though I received no presents year after year, because my mother was poor, I still held on to the powerful gift of giving. As the years progressed though I began to look deeper into what the Holidays meant & truly discovered that this gift of giving was really Love.
