Ulysses is not. In fact, he barely spoke to my parents until after we were engaged. That went over well. This lovely personality trait makes me feel like I need to spend 1 day a week just rambling on about everything that didn’t get mentioned in the previous 7 posts or that my husband has no desire to hear from me at the dinner table. Or at least the stuff I want to talk about.

After a few days off and some modifications for the weird foot injury that almost went away as quickly as it came on, I’ve been bodyrocking like there’s no tomorrow. This whole workout, including the bonus at the end takes just 7 minutes. If you have been BodyRocking with us for a while, you will know that we are always demanding that you push at your absolute max effort. This is your personal 100% – it’s different for each of us, and it’s also a place where we rarely get to hang out, because let’s be honest its quite a jump outside of our normal comfort zone. In whatever you are doing it’s honestly quite rare to say you gave it your full 100% – but BodyRocking demands it. If you give these workouts your 100% – no matter what fitness level you are at, you will see the results – they will come up and smack you along side the head when you look in your mirror so get ready for it BodyRockers don’t plod through life or exercise – we ROCK IT for real – and it shows. Interval Training Cardio Workouts. Yay!
We made it to Friday! No more fake Friday around here. I kicked off my morning with an early run before the kids woke up. I guess sooner or later I will have to clue you all in on my running plans, huh? Although, in all honesty, sooner or later I will have to clue myself in on my running plans. Some things I DO know, however? How great the high feels after a challenging workout. So since I already covered Fun Fact Friday in my antsiness for it to actually be Friday, I have decided to devote today’s post to all things interval workouts.
