Where is this submission date coming from. I have searched the comp website and other places and am unable to fund submission requirements or dates, or much else! This is a modular building company looking to substitute paying for design services by holding a competition. People should not support this practice and therefore not enter this 'competition'. Another contemporary bridge competition..however, it does Sound interesting. I love bridges so might consider doing this one especially since it is in Paris.
