Just as RocketOn's Blerp is moving from the virtual world to bring commenting to the Web, Minsh is moving in the opposite direction, bringing a 3D virtual world filled with fish to Twitter . Minsh, currently in a closed alpha, let's Twitter users take their communications and follower lists into a 3D ocean, where each user is populated by a different fish. Users can tweet by clicking on chat bubbles and reply by the same route. Raph Koster predicts that this sort of environment will push users to actually use Twitter as a synchronous communication tool.
