Röhm war langjähriger Führer der Sturmabteilung (SA) und war im Kabinett Hitler als Reichsminister ohne Geschäftsbereich kurze Zeit Mitglied der nationalsozialistischen Reichsregierung, bevor er auf Befehl Adolf Hitlers, vorgeblich als Reaktion auf den sogenannten Röhm-Putsch, ermordet wurde. Leben und Wirken[Bearbeiten] Frühe Jahre (1887–1919)[Bearbeiten] Nach dem Abitur, das er 1906 am Maximiliansgymnasium in München ablegte, trat Röhm – seinem Jugendwunsch, Soldat zu werden, folgend – als Fahnenjunker in die Bayerische Armee ein. Röhm leitete das Waffenreferat der Reichswehr in Bayern und übernahm die nach der Auflösung der Einwohnerwehren 1921 neu eingerichtete sogenannte Feldzeugmeisterei. Through his student Rudolf Hess, Haushofer's ideas may have influenced the development of Adolf Hitler's expansionist strategies, although Haushofer denied direct influence on the Nazi regime. Under the Nuremberg Laws, Haushofer's wife and children were categorized as mischlinge. His son, Albrecht, was issued a German Blood Certificate through the help of Hess. Biography[edit] Haushofer belonged to a family of artists and scholars. Haushofer continued his career as a professional soldier, serving in the army of Imperial Germany, and rising through the Staff Corp by 1899. In November 1908 the army sent him to Tokyo to study the Japanese army and to advise it as an artillery instructor.

, born Chizuo Matsumoto (松本 智津夫, Matsumoto Chizuo?) On March 2, 1955, is a founder of the Japanese new religious group Aum Shinrikyo. He was convicted of masterminding the 1995 sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway and several other crimes, for which he was sentenced to death in 2004. In June 2012, his execution was postponed due to further arrests of Aum Shinrikyo members.[1][dead link] Early years[edit] Shoko Asahara was born into a large, poor family of tatami mat makers in Japan's Kumamoto Prefecture.[2] Afflicted at birth with infantile glaucoma, he went blind at a young age in his left eye and is only partially sighted in his right.

Asahara's religious quest reportedly started at this time. Aum Shinrikyo[edit] In 1984, Shoko Asahara officially changed his name and applied for government registration of the group Aum Shinrikyo. The doctrine of Aum Shinrikyo is based on the Bible and other texts. Shoko Asahara has written many religious books.

Rumsfeld served as the 13th Secretary of Defense from 1975 to 1977 under President Gerald Ford, and as the 21st Secretary of Defense from 2001 to 2006 under President George W. Bush. He is both the youngest and the oldest person to have served as Secretary of Defense. Additionally, Rumsfeld was a four-term U.S. Congressman from Illinois (1962–1969), Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity (1969–1970), Counsellor to the President (1969–1973), the United States Permanent Representative to NATO (1973–1974), and White House Chief of Staff (1974–1975). Born in Illinois, Rumsfeld attended Princeton University, graduating in 1954 with a degree in political science.

He was the son of Halil Hoxha, a Bektashi[5] Tosk cloth merchant who travelled widely across Europe and the United States and Gjylihan (Gjylo) Hoxha. At age 16 he helped found and became secretary of the Students Society of Gjirokastër, which protested against the monarchist government of Zog I. After the government closed the Society, he moved to Korçë, continuing his studies in a French secondary school.
