What is Statutory Law? Statutory Law is the lowest form of Law and is based on the majority of people living in a community, giving Consent to be ruled by the Laws concocted by a small group of elected representatives. A SocialConscious Perspective is an imagined perspective created in the mind of a being as if the being was an entire group of beings. Such a perspective can be large or small for example: the being could imagine to be, at the same time, the beings gathered in a study group, or a sports team, or a local community, or a whole city, and so on. Then, in another dimension the being is also imagining the infinitely complex and beautiful thoughts, feelings and emotions of each of the beings, all at once.
