A lo largo de los últimos meses el equipo de desarrollo ha trabajado para tener disponible la versión 1.0 de Jolicloud. La interfaz desarrollada con HTML 5 de Jolicloud permite personalizar de manera rápida y sencilla el panel de aplicaciones. La instalación y desinstalación de los programas se realiza de manera intuitiva mediante un click de ratón. Jolicloud 1.0 permite actualizar y sincronizar de forma automática las aplicaciones instaladas. Aunque el sistema ya dispone de algunas de las aplicaciones más populares, como GMail, Twitter o Facebook, en su centro de aplicaciones hay más de 700 disponibles.
Una de las principales características de Jolicloud son sus posibilidades sociales, con Social Steam se ha creado una comunidad desde la cual se puede interactuar con otros usuarios compartiendo aplicaciones, recomendaciones o mensajes.
