Pizza Pull-Apart Bread. Pizza is one of our favorite meals to make on the weekend. If you always have frozen pizza dough on hand like I do, it requires minimal prep work, and can easily be doctored with your favorite toppings to create something different every week. This weekend I wanted to try something different, so I decided to make a pizza version of the ever popular pull-apart bread. Serve it with extra pizza sauce, and it’s perfect as an appetizer, or as a casual dinner for two alongside a nice glass bottle of wine.

Perfect for unwinding after a busy week! Ingredients 1/2 batch pizza dough, homemade or store-bought 1/2 cup pizza sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni Additional toppings of your choice Directions On a floured surface, roll your pizza dough out into a large rectangle. Pizza Bites. Pizza bites are now my new favorite appetizer to make. Not only are delicious and easily adaptable to your tastes, they are super easy and quick to make. Just grab your favorite pizza dough, wrap it around your favorite pizza toppings, bake and then serve with pizza sauce.

I went with the traditional mozzarella cheese and pepperoni for my pizza bites, but you could easily add in veggies and different meats. These are a perfect snack for watching a football game with the guys or served alongside a glass of red wine with the girls. Pizza BitesYields: About 20 bites Ingredients: 1/2 batch pizza dough4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed into about 20 pieces Sliced pepperoni Olive oil Italian seasoning Grated parmesan cheese Pizza sauce for dipping Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Lightly brush the tops of the dough balls with olive oil, then generously sprinkle with Italian season and grated parmesan. Serve warm, with pizza sauce if desired. Source: Annie’s Eats. Chili Dip. Or, as it is affectionately known at my work space, Fat Boy Dip. Ingredients:1 tuppleware bowl1 can of chili (I prefer Hormel, but whatever you like)1 12 oz block of cream cheese1 cup of shredded chedder cheese1 bag of Tostitos Preperation: Now, normally I make this at work while on my break, so I have to use the microwave. It's not as good as using the oven, but works just as well, and it's a bit faster. If you want it in the microwave, take the cream cheese, the entire block of it, and smoosh in into the bottom of the bowl, spread out evenly.

Dump the chili on top, and use a spoon to cover all of the cream cheese. I've never measured how much cheese I've used. but I'm guesstimating about a cup, Dump that on as well. Place it in the microwave and heat for two minutes. If you prefer the oven, than use the same preperation as above, but switch the tupplware for a glass brownie dish, 8x8 would be the right size I believe.
