An example: A relatively tech saavy user comes into the office clearly frustrated. "I usually keep my laptop plugged into the network because someone told me it was faster. Ed Tech / Class photographer - each day one student is assigned the task of being class photographer. They are responsible for photographing an important moment, then writing about it for the class blog.
