Integrating Technology: Avoid Being Derailed by the Details. As my regular Teach-Geek and Tech-Geek readers know, I spend a lot of my time ranting about the big issues of technology and education today.

An example: A relatively tech saavy user comes into the office clearly frustrated. "I usually keep my laptop plugged into the network because someone told me it was faster. " "Now I am unplugged and my laptop wont connect at all! " This user was stuck. [End Interlude] There wasn't. [Interlude - The Kindle Question] (The answer? Ed Tech / Class photographer - each day one student is assigned the task of being class photographer. They are responsible for photographing an important moment, then writing about it for the class blog.
