As for several weekends now on, a small group of 6 passionate beachvolleyplayers did, once again, take the time, two weeks ago, to travel to Niederkassel for some pre-season training sessions in the Indoor-Beachvolley-Hall.
But this time we wanted to try something new: a short Training-camp of two days. So we left Luxembourg on Saturday 14:00 to be in Niederkassel right in time for the first training unit from 17:00 to 19:00, after checking in, in the hotel.After the first practice, we spent the evening in an excellent Italian trattoria (Il Grappolo - Marktstrasse, 11 - Rheidt), before going to bed quite early. On second day, the serious one, we did a first training unit from 10:00 to 12:00 and a second one from 13:00 to 15:00.
These 6 hours of training were quite demanding, but the intensity was well chosen for everybody to keep going just to the end. There were exercises to improve technique, without forgetting gameplay. So, more weekends like this will probably follow. N.B.
