It covers the entire body but gives special priority to your abs—you'll work them first in every session. When participating in cardio make sure you hit your target heart rate. You will receive your certificate within 3 weeks of the date you took your test (for courses that are held in the USA) and within 4 to 6 weeks for the courses that are held outside of the USA. What to Bring Your receipt for this course (you can log into your registration to find this) Government Issued ID Notebook and/ or UPDATED CrossFit Training Guide (emailed to you upon registration) Pen and Pencil Suitable clothes for working out Small snacks and fluids, or a meal if you do not plan on going off-site during the lunch break.
