The program strives to facilitate new athletic opportunities for as many youth in King County as possible. Eligible public sector entities include: school districts, park districts, utility districts, cities, or King County. Non-profit organizations, such as youth sports leagues or community organizations, are also eligible, but must partner with the public entity on whose land the field or facility is or will be located.
