Underlying Approach – (1) Use software so as to minimize the number of places I have to look and input to have control – This is definitely a carryover from my "One Minute Manager" Days. Make the software work for me, not the other way around. (2) Minimize the number of categories or focus areas. The sheer number of categories I once used required too much of my time filing items into the proper categories – a time waster that came from organizing time itself, i.e. it was self-defeating!
