How to turn your Toodledo to-do list into a printed booklet
Most web-based to-do managers tout their online features. Toodledo now offers a handy offline extra: a printable, foldable to-do booklet you can slip in your pocket. The booklet, which occupies a single sheet of letter-size paper, contains your hotlist, up to 110 tasks and a section for written notes. A few strategic folds and a single scissor cut are all it takes to turn the printed sheet into a pocket-friendly, disposable booklet. It's a simple thing, but undeniably useful for those times when (horrors) you're not plugged into the web. As for Toodledo itself, it's a robust, well-rounded service with more features than many of its to-do-list competitors .Being unproductive on the web is easy: click over to YouTube, surf Facebook profiles or go on a Wikipedia binge for a couple of hours. But thanks to the many free and useful new applications on the web, it’s also getting easier to keep your life in order. For the next installment of our “toolbox” series, we take a look at the best services for staying in control of your life on the web. Online word processing provides you with ways to manage and write documents without a download – great for collaboration or those using multiple computers.

Another place to find great help daily is over at Zenhabits.net . I like his version: “ Zen to Done ” for its simplicity.
