The Director of Mediation has overall responsibility for the administration and management of the NMB Mediation program in the airline and railroad industries as well as the agency's Alternate Dispute Resolution services. The NMB offers statutory services for the Mediation of collective-bargaining disputes as well as voluntary ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) programs for resolving management-labor disputes such as grievance mediation. International News ICDR Introduces Online ADR Process for Manufacturers and Suppliers Sept. 6, 2011 -- The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) has developed an online program for the resolution of large numbers of small disputes that typically arise between manufacturers and suppliers. The ICDR, the international division of the American Arbitration Association, developed the Manufacturer/Supplier Online Dispute Resolution (MSODR) Program to handle disputes over purchase orders involving small monetary claims.
