DRUDGE: SANTORUM'S SATAN WARNING. Advertisement SANTORUM'S SATAN WARNING Tue Feb 21 2012 09:27:20 ET "Satan has his sights on the United States of America! " Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum has declared. "Satan is attacking the great institutions of America, using those great vices of pride, vanity, and sensuality as the root to attack all of the strong plants that has so deeply rooted in the American tradition. " The former senator from Pennsylvania warned in 2008 how politics and government are falling to Satan. "This is a spiritual war.
And the Father of Lies has his sights on what you would think the Father of Lies would have his sights on: a good, decent, powerful, influential country - the United States of America. "He attacks all of us and he attacks all of our institutions. " Santorum made the provocative comments to students at Ave Maria University in Florida. The White House contender described how Satan is even taking hold of some religions. Developing... Sheriff Paul Babeu: Fast and Furious scandal is far from over. Posted at 5:15 pm on February 11, 2012 by Tina Korbe No Fast and Furious fatigue for Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, who has been on the front lines fighting to tell the truth about the Justice Department’s disastrous program from Day One.
The longer the Justice Department stonewalls the congressional investigation into the gunrunning program, the more ardent becomes Babeu’s desire to hold the administration accountable. “Many of us, including me, feel that whoever made these decisions should be held criminally accountable because people have been murdered,” Babeu told me today. “Our hero in the Border Patrol — Agent Brian Terry — was murdered in my state. Two of the guns that were used to kill him — on the scene — were from Fast and Furious. There’s no accountability; Eric Holder still hasn’t come clean to say who made these decisions and it’s been over a year.” “This is a larger scandal than anything like Watergate,” he explained. It's hard to know if we've taught Lana everything she needs to know before she leaves. Three stories this week illustrate how impactful good parenting is to a child's physical and emotional well being. Contrast that with Rick Morrissey's story in the Chicago Sun Times last week about high school basketball phenom Jabari Parker.
Morrissey quotes Lola, "As parents, we've always instilled certain things," she said. How refreshing is that? "I guess you could say I've been homesick because I miss my family," he says. Sounds like a close-knit family with well-adjusted kids. Mayor Nutter was straightforward, blunt and by his own admission, "not PC.
" The Hearts of the Children Shall Turn. As we study, learn, and live the gospel of Jesus Christ, sequence often is instructive. Consider, for example, the lessons we learn about spiritual priorities from the order of the major events that occurred as the fulness of the Savior’s gospel was restored in these latter days. In the Sacred Grove, Joseph Smith saw and talked with the Eternal Father and Jesus Christ. Among other things, Joseph learned about the true nature of the Godhead and of continuing revelation. This majestic vision ushered in “the dispensation of the fulness of times” (Ephesians 1:10) and is one of the signal events in the history of the world. Approximately three years later, in response to earnest prayer on the evening of September 21, 1823, Joseph’s bedroom filled with light until it “was lighter than at noonday” (Joseph Smith—History 1:30).

Tokyo’s Setagaya Says Radiation Spike Unlikely From Fukushima. Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Tokyo’s Setagaya district officials said an investigation today of a “high” radiation reading in the area indicates it may not have come from the crippled Fukushima reactors. The district in the western part of the capital said earlier today it will expand tests in 258 locations after a local resident alerted authorities to a radiation spike that required partially blocking off a sidewalk to the public. Investigators entered an unoccupied house alongside the sidewalk and radiation readings led them to remove floorboards where they found a case of unidentified substances in bottles, public broadcaster NHK reported.
“When a dosimeter was brought close to the bottles the radiation readings exceeded the limit of the device,” Setagaya Mayor Nobuto Hosaka said in a press conference carried by NHK. No further details were given on the possible contents of the bottles. More Testing --Editor: Peter Langan.
