I had heard of layered curriculum a couple of years prior but without a context to place it in I found it unwieldy. A year ago I attended a workshop at school where layered curriculum was discussed, briefly, but still it did not inspire me. My wife, who does professional development herself, had shared with me backward lesson design. If you have never used layered curriculum I do not think this collection will help you much.
So with that being said I invite anyone, regardless of their knowledge or experience, to feel free to use my units or activities in their own classroom.
