They are the framework that regulates where and what type of development may occur. Transportation/Land-Use Connections Program. The TLC Program provides support to local governments in the Metropolitan Washington region as they work to improve transportation/ land use coordination.
Through the program, the TPB provides communities with technical assistance to catalyze or enhance planning efforts. Any member jurisdiction of the TPB is eligible to apply. The TPB has released the call for projects for the FY 2015 round of TLC technical assistance. Applications are due on May 21. Home Page.
