Nice upgrade from my 24 inch, 60 hertz model. Cons: Monitor failed after 14 months. It would not display any images. After doing some basic troubleshooting (swapping cords, computers, turning it on and off, etc.) I was unable to get anything but the back light to show.
Naturally I sent it in for repairs. The support guys were nice enough and it was pretty easy to get it sent in. I received the unit back two weeks later. Apparently the back light was not installed correctly. So, I sent it in again. Same exact issue. Immediately I chat with support. Well, this isn't a monitor they keep in stock. Nope. Long story short, I spent $80+ to have them repair my monitor TWICE, both of which FAILED. Great Specs, Poor Service.
