Each year we take on a small number of trainees who join us for a fourteen-month Internship Programme. During their time with us, these interns shadow our full time Instructors and undergo a wide range of training courses in yachting and watersports. The combination of work experience and high level RYA training makes our Interns instantly employable. We have a new intake of Interns every September. We offer the opportunityto get a taste of our live style and sail with us to the last undiscoveredparadises of the world! Regardless of your sailing experiance you can join uson the following passages and stopovers for a fair cost contribution. Tofinance a part of the substantial running costs of Wild One (replacement sails& sheets, spare parts, service & repairs, insurance etc) we have to askour crew to contribute in form of a cost share. Cost share is 690€ per week. Cost share for the passages or longer stays (one month or more) can benegotiated.

Our first mates are all qualified skippers, and have relevant experience. Deck crew must be capable of competently standing a solo watch at night and are generally qualified to at least Day Skipper level.
