Most of them, aside from the obviously basics, are nearly useless. Heal Ball's only use, for example, is that it heals the Pokemon to full health should you have less than six in your party. Others are useful, but so situational I rarely end up using them. The Net Ball, for example, is slightly better than an ultra ball, should you use it on a water or bug pokemon (IIRC). Quick ball is nearly useless, premiere ball is just a regular pokeball with sparkles... Just about the only one I end up using is the Dusk ball in caves on legendaries, since if you use it in a cave at night time (again, IIRC, it's been a while) it's considerably better than an Ultra ball.
