Marvel’s Eternals Leak Provides First Look at Movie’s Villain - MCU Direct. With all the MCU news that has broken nearly every day for the past couple of weeks, one project that has largely gone under the radar is Marvel’s Eternals.
Due to the recent reshuffling of the MCU release schedule, this film will not release in theaters until November 5, 2021, even though all shooting is complete along with nearly all of post-production. Not much is known thus far about the movie’s plot outside of the fact that it will go through thousands of years of time and show the main cast of characters throughout the course of human history on Earth. There's still a lot we don't know about Eternals, but thanks to star Kumail Nanjiani, we now have quite a bit more to go on.
During a recent conversation with The Deadline Podcast, the actor revealed that most of the action scenes were shot during the second half of production, and the cast primarily filmed with practical effects rather than relying on green screen. Nanjiani also praised director Chloe Zhao, revealing that she wasn't at all intimidated by the size of the project, and added that she has now started editing the Marvel Studios movie. Now, if you've read the comic books, you'll know that Kingo learned the ways of the Samurai during the 16th Century, and uses those skills in the present day to become a movie star in Japan. This version is set to undergo some major changes, though, and will be a Bollywood actor instead.

ET has learned that the object was found in an area where the movie’s second unit was filming in Spain’s Canary Islands. Despite reports that actors, including Angelina Jolie and Richard Madden, were evacuated, ET is told that cast members were not present in the affected area. Crew members were asked to clear the area while an inspection took place, as per safety protocols. The area was then deemed safe and production resumed. ET caught up with the film’s leading man, Madden, in September as he dished on portraying the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s first openly gay character, Ikaris. "I think it's hugely important, just the cast is so diverse," Madden said. Meanwhile, Salma Hayek excitedly discussed her role in the movie while talking to ET at the D23 Expo in August.
