Lemon-Yogurt Cupcakes with sugar glaze.(Zitronen-Joghurt Muffins mit Zuckerguß) I´ve always heard from older people that experience does make lots of difference in different fields of life! Today I´ve discovered it myself ! I made those cupcakes maybe 2 years ago & took a picture of them, the cupcakes never tasted that wonderful, they were Good (I thought they were) but now with some minor modifications & some few more baking skills , they turned to be AWESOME!

Hope you´ll all try them, they are fluffy, moist & Delicious & will fill your house with that gorgeous lemon zest smell! Ingredients: (for 12 cupcakes) For the Cupcakes: 1 & 1/2 cups flour (sifted) 1 teaspoon Baking powder 2 eggs 3 Table spoons Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest 200 gm Full cream Yogurt 1/2 cup Oil 3/4 Cup Sugar Some Lemon Zest & Mint leaves for decoration For the Sugar Icing (Glaze): 1 Cup Powdered sugar (Sifted) 2 Teaspoons Lemon juice Preparation: The Sugar Icing: Mix the sifted powdered sugar with lemon juice with a fork till very smooth.
