UPD: Купил Worldwide версию (для этого пришлось с помощью Market enablera прикинуться абонентом ирландской сотовой), все работает ок, метки назначаются на русские контакты.
UPD2: На Маркете появилась русская версия Cyberon 3.0 Протестировал, работает отлично, и на распознавание команд, и на распознавание русских имен в адресной книге (алгоритм сортировки - Имя - Фамилия), цифр при наборе.
