How does it work? WWOOF organisations publish lists of organic farms, smallholdings and gardeners that welcome volunteer help at certain times. The diversity of hosts available offers a large variety of tasks and experiences. Volunteer helpers ("WWOOFers") choose the hosts that most interest them and make direct contact to arrange a stay.Building friendships with organic farmers has made social equity a guiding principle at Mountain Rose Herbs for 25 years. ORGANIC PASTURES FRESH RAW DAIRY
Many of you have been wondering where our Colostrum products (Colostrum, SuperLite, Qephor) have been lately and we are VERY saddened to say that we have been forced to say goodbye to Raw Colostrum for human consumption. We understand that this may have a tremendous impact on many of our concerns. For seven years, OPDC sold raw colostrum in stores as a “dietary supplement” under an exclusive arrangement with the CA Department of Public Health. This arrangement was withdrawn after the recall in November of 2011, even though colostrum was not a subject of the recall. The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act was passed by Congress about one year ago and it significantly changed the raw food regulatory climate.
